Good to Know Before you Go...

Boutique Camping is designed to be a calmer, more comfortable and luxurious corner of the festival — a place to properly switch off, recharge, and enjoy a bit of extra space and privacy.

Guests usually love:

  • A more relaxed, quieter atmosphere — especially in the evenings

  • Nicer private toilets and showers

  • The private lounge and bar for unwinding

  • The pamper room for hair, makeup, and looking your best

  • Having a dedicated Concierge team on hand 24 hours a day

It's a lovely step up from General Camping, while still keeping you close to all the action.

That said, it is still part of a temporary outdoor event — so here are a few useful things to know:

  • Nature comes with nature

Camping outside means insects can be a normal part of the experience, even in Boutique. If you spot any unwanted visitors in your tent or cabin and want them gone, just let our Concierge team know and they'll arrange a clean-up for you.

  • Power & charging (event reality!)

Some Boutique options include electrical sockets. As with any temporary event site, power can occasionally trip or go down.

If this happens, don't worry — let Concierge know and our team will get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.

Good to know: If your accommodation includes power, you'll usually have one plug socket, so bringing a multi-plug extension can be handy (as long as it's suitable for event use).

  • Quieter, but still part of the event!

Boutique Camping is located further from the main stages and louder late-night areas, so it's generally much calmer than General Camping, especially late at night.

That said, as a temporary outdoor event site, you may still hear occasional event sounds — and some generator and servicing noise overnight is unavoidable. The good news is this is usually much more reduced in Boutique compared to other areas.

If something isn't right, tell us straight away

Our team can usually sort most things quickly once they know about them. If anything's not quite right, let us know straight away. If we don't hear about an issue during the event, it's not always possible to put it right afterwards.

Our Boutique Concierge is available 24 hours a day, and you can also get in touch with the wider team via WhatsApp (24 hours): +1 555 812 9924.
