No, a Camp Kindling live-in vehicle pitch provides the space only. You'll need to bring your own campervan, caravan, or trailer tent to park on it.

At Camp Kindling, ground tents are not permitted in the live-in vehicle area for health and safety reasons. Roof tents are welcome, but you'll need to book a live-in vehicle pitch to use one.

Yes, you're free to leave the Camp Kindling site and return during the weekend. Just be aware that your vehicle will be searched again on re-entry for security purposes.

Camp Kindling provides a 16amp connection at electric pitches, so you'll need to bring up to a 25m cable to reach it.

Can we sleep in a car in the live in vehicle field?
No, Camp Kindling can only allow specially designed or converted vehicles in the live-in vehicle area. This is due to serious health and safety concerns — sleeping in the back of a car can pose risks including carbon monoxide poisoning, overheating, and hypothermia.
