If your orders are not visible on this page, it is most likely because you checked out as a guest when you placed the order and need to verify your email in order to link the order to your account.
To fix this, follow these steps:
Step 1
If you haven't created an account already:
Head to campkindling.co.uk/account and create an account
Make sure to complete the ‘Register’ section on the right-hand side.
Step 2
Once your account is set up, go to campkindling.co.uk/shop/order_history.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a blue banner asking you to verify your email. Click it, and we’ll send you an email, just click the link inside to confirm your address.
Step 3
Sign out of your account and then log back in.
Your order should now be linked to your account.
Viewing your Tickets
Tickets will not appear in your account until shortly before the event. This is expected and not a cause for concern.
