Click on the relevant order number.
In the Status section, you'll see a purple "Cancel Payment Plan" button.
Click this button. A warning message will appear confirming that if you proceed:
No further payments will be taken
Your booking will be cancelled
Any money already paid will not be refunded
You'll be asked to enter a reason for the cancellation before confirming.
Cooling-off period:
If you made the booking within the past 7 days, you're still within the cooling-off period. In this case, please contact our team at office@campkindling.co.uk, and we can arrange a refund for you.

Please note: if a payment has already been missed and is currently set to retry, we're unable to change that payment date, but we can adjust any future ones for you.

If you made a manual payment (for example, by contacting us or paying directly through the site) but the system had already started its automatic retry cycle, the two processes can overlap. In some cases, the automatic retries may fail and trigger a cancellation even though you've already paid separately.
If this has happened to you, please get in touch with our team straight away via live chat or at office@campkindling.co.uk. We can see both payments on our side and will reinstate your Camp Kindling booking or arrange a refund for the duplicate payment.
