We provide free Personal Assistance Tickets for attendees who require support to fully enjoy the weekend. These tickets allow a partner, friend, or professional carer to join you at the event and assist with activities, ensuring you can participate comfortably and make the most of your experience.
Who Can Apply
PA Tickets are available for attendees who hold either a Nimbus Access Card or a Digital Wildkind Access Pass displaying the Essential Companion symbol.
This symbol confirms that you require additional support to access and enjoy the event.
How to Apply
Step 1:
Purchase your event ticket(s).
Step 2:
If you don’t already have a Nimbus Access Card or Digital Wildkind Access Pass, you’ll need to apply for one here.
Step 3:
Once you have your card or pass, complete the Accessibility Provisions Application Form here before the deadline at 5pm on Friday 10th July 2026.
Step 4:
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, your complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket will be added to your account.
Age Groups
Adults (18 and over): One Personal Assistance Ticket is available for each ticket holder with access requirements.
Children (under 18): One Personal Assistance Ticket is available for each child with access requirements, provided they are already accompanied by a fully paying adult on the same booking.
Activities & Enrolment
Activity Credits
Personal Assistance Tickets do not include activity credits, as they are intended to support you or your child during your activities, rather than to participate in activities themselves.
Personal Assistants can take part in drop-in activities, games and entertainment without purchasing credits.
If they wish to participate in activities that require credits, they will need to purchase additional credits or upgrade their ticket.
Enrolment Process

Assisting Only | No enrolment required. You or your child's enrolment secures the activity space. |
Participating Alongside You or your child | Purchase credits or an upgrade and enrol separately to secure their own space in the activity. |
Terms
Eligibility:
Personal Assistance Tickets are not guaranteed and are offered at Camp Kindling's sole discretion.
If your application is declined, we will make one additional adult ticket available to purchase at full price.
Proof of Eligibility:
Personal Assistance Tickets will only be issued after relevant proof of eligibility is provided.
The Personal Assistant will receive a ticket in their name and must present valid ID upon entry.
Age Requirement:
Personal Assistants must be 18 or older at the time of the event.
Payment Plans:
If your ticket is paid via instalments, the Personal Assistance Ticket will only be issued once your ticket is fully paid.
Non-Transferable:
Personal Assistance Tickets cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned and have no monetary value.
Right to Withdraw:
Camp Kindling reserves the right to withdraw a Personal Assistance Ticket at any time, for any reason.
