We offer complimentary personal assistant tickets for attendees who require additional support in order to enjoy the weekend. These can be used for a partner, friend or professional carer to accompany you to the event.

Application Process

You must first purchase your event ticket(s) and then complete an application for a complimentary personal assistant ticket. You must complete your application before the before 17:00 on Sun 21st Jul 2024.

If your application is approved we will add a Personal Assistant Ticket to your account.

You will need to provide one of the following pieces of evidence as part of your application;

  • Disability Living Allowance

  • Personal Independence Payments

  • CredAbility Access Card

  • Blind Registration

  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card

  • War Disablement Pension

  • Armed Forces Independence Payment

Age Groups

For adults (18 and over), we offer one Personal Assistance Ticket for each holder with access requirements.

For children (under 18) we offer one Personal Assistance Ticket for each ticket holder with access requirements, as long as they are already accompanied by a full paying adult.

Activities & Enrolment

Personal Assistance Tickets do not include activity credits.

If a Personal Assistant is assisting you or your child with an activity, you only need to enrol yourself or your child to reserve one space.

If a Personal Assistant wishes to participate alongside you or your child, they will need to purchase extra activity credits or an upgrade and enrol themselves with you or your child to reserve two spaces.

To enrol in activities during the Priority Enrolment period, Personal Assistants will need to purchase a Dynamo upgrade.

Personal Assistants can participate in drop-in activities, games, and entertainment without purchasing extra credits or upgrades.

Terms

Please be aware of the following terms and conditions when applying:

  • Application for Personal Assistance tickets does not guarantee you will be offered one. Personal Assistance Tickets are offered at our sole discretion. If we decline your application then we will make available one additional adult ticket for you to purchase at full price.

  • Personal Assistance Tickets must be organised in advance and will only be issued upon receipt of relevant proof of eligibility, the Personal Assistant will receive a ticket in their name and must provide valid ID on entry.

  • Personal Assistants must be aged 18 or over at the time of the event.

  • If paying by instalments, the Personal Assistance ticket will only be issued once the full price of your ticket has been paid.

  • Personal Assistance Tickets cannot be transferred, sold or assigned. They have no monetary value.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw a Personal Assistance ticket at any time, for any reason.
