The Marketplace

The Marketplace is Camp Kindling's official, secure platform for buying and selling spare tickets, accommodation, and travel items. It’s the only safe and reliable way to exchange tickets for our events.


Why Use The Marketplace?

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any source other than our official Marketplace. Scammers frequently target festivals, pretending to sell tickets. Unfortunately, we cannot support attendees who purchase from unofficial sellers, and these tickets will not be valid for entry.


When Does The Marketplace Open?

The Marketplace becomes available once all primary ticket releases (Veteran, Earlybird, Super-Earlybird, Final, Resale) have taken place and the listed items are sold out.


What can be sold on The Marketplace?

Only Weekend Tickets are eligible for resale. The following cannot be resold:

  • Payment plan tickets (until the full balance has been paid)

  • Guest list or competition tickets

  • Exchange tickets (issued under our serious ill health policy)

  • PA tickets

  • Accommodation or extras (unless they have fully sold out on our website)

  • Crew or artist tickets

  • Ticket upgrades


What can I do if I can no longer attend and The Marketplace is not yet open?

If you’re unable to attend before The Marketplace has opened, you may sell your tickets privately (e.g. to friends or family). Once you’ve found a buyer and completed the payment, please email us at office@campkindling.co.uk with your booking details and the new owner’s information, and we’ll transfer the booking on your behalf

Please note: reselling is not permitted in our official Facebook groups, as unfortunately we’ve experienced issues with scammers in these groups in the past.


What Happens If My Tickets Don’t Sell?

  • The Marketplace will close 7 days before the event.

  • Any unsold items will automatically be returned to your account, allowing you to attend the event.
