Who Can Apply
Camp Kindling's accessible provisions are available for attendees with access requirements due to a disability.
Unfortunately, these are not available for temporary conditions such as recent injuries, surgery recovery, or pregnancy. To keep things fair for everyone, we can't make exceptions to these criteria. Thank you for your understanding.
Access Cards & Application Process
To use any of Camp Kindling's accessible facilities (including the Personal Assistant Ticket Scheme), you'll need to complete our Accessibility Provisions Application and hold either:
a valid Nimbus Access Card, or
a Wildkind Digital Access Pass (valid only for Wildkind events).
If you don't have one yet, you can apply for a card or digital pass here.
Once you have your card or pass, please complete our Accessibility Provisions Application Form here.
Deadline
The deadline for Camp Kindling 2026 accessibility applications is Friday 10th July at 5pm.
Your access to specific facilities will be based on the symbols shown on your Access Card or Digital Pass.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking at Camp Kindling is free of charge and located close to the main entrance for ease of access.
Approved applicants will receive an Accessible Parking Pass to display on arrival.

Accessible Entrance Lane
A dedicated entry lane for attendees with access requirements, designed to reduce queuing and make arriving at Camp Kindling as smooth as possible.

Clearly signposted access lane
Accessibility team on hand to help you on arrival
Close proximity to accessible facilities
Symbols required: Standing & Queuing, Level Access, Distance, Urgent Toilet Needs, or Visual Information
Accessible Campsite
Camp Kindling has a designated campsite area for attendees with accessibility needs and one companion. We offer a limited number of defined accessible pitches, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once applications are approved. When all pitches have been allocated, a waiting list will operate.
Includes:
Accessible toilets and showers
Close proximity to event areas
The Accessible Campsite is reserved for guests with mobility-related needs.
If you're looking for a quieter space, Quiet Camping is available to all (no application needed).

All facilities are secured with a RADAR key — please bring your own if possible. Short-term loans are available from the Info Team or Medical Tent if needed.

Camp Kindling aims to review all accessibility applications within 5-10 working days of receiving them. During busy periods (especially close to the deadline), it may take a little longer. You'll receive an email once your application has been reviewed, confirming which provisions have been approved.

When you arrive at Camp Kindling, head to the Accessible Entrance Lane where the accessibility team will be ready to help. Bring your Access Card or Digital Access Pass — the team will check your approved provisions and issue your accessibility wristband on the spot. If you've been approved for accessible parking, you'll collect your parking pass here too.

There will be flashing lights (including occasional strobe lighting) at the Discotheque or Clubhouse in the evenings at Camp Kindling, but not as part of any daytime activities. Flashing lights are rarely used at the Auditorium, Patrol Games Arena, or The Retreat.
