We know how easy it is to misplace something in the excitement of Camp. After every event, we gather lots of lost items, and while we can’t guarantee we’ll recover everything, we’ll do our very best to return all found items to their rightful owners.

To make things as straightforward as possible, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about lost property below.


Contact

If you’ve lost something, please complete this form and include:

  • A detailed description of the item

  • When and where it was last seen

The more information you provide, the better our chances of locating it.


Collection Options

If we confirm we have your item, you’ll have the following options to reclaim it:

  1. Camp Collection

    • If it's within a few days of the event ending and our team are still at Camp, arrangements can be made to collect lost items from the event location.

    • Collection must be pre-arranged and is subject to staff availability.

  2. Postage

    • Alternatively, items can be posted to you- if you're happy to cover postage costs.


Retention Period

Lost items will be held for 28 days following the last day of the event. After this time, all unclaimed items will be donated to charity.


Responsibility

While we’ll do everything we can to reunite items with their owners, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or found items.
