Tickets, Accommodation & Travel Bookings
7-day Cooling Off Period
If you change your mind about a booking and inform us within 7-days, we will offer a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will offer you the choice of exchanging your booking for a future event or a full refund. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days.
If an event is curtailed (cancelled or postponed once it has started) we will offer you the choice of exchanging your booking for a future event or a partial refund based on the amount of the event that has taken place. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days.
If you are unable to attend an event safely due to serious ill health, we will offer you an opportunity to exchange your booking for a future event. You must inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the event and provide a valid doctor's certificate stating that you are not fit to attend. Your exchange will be processed within 14 days. Any exchanges offered under this clause are at our absolute discretion after careful consideration of the information contained in the doctor's certificate.
Clothing, Accessories & Homeware Items
28-day Returns Period
If you change your mind about an item and inform us within 28-days, we will offer an exchange or full refund. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Food & Drink Items
Exchanges and refunds are not available on food and drink items.
Personalised & Custom Made Items
Exchanges and refunds are not available on personalised and custom made items.
Where bookings and items are sold as part of a package, for the purposes of exchanges and refunds, they will be treated individually.

If you can no longer attend an event and wish to list your tickets and accommodation for sale to other attendees then you can do so using our Marketplace. The Marketplace opens once all of the primary releases (Veteran, Earlybird, General, Resale) have taken place and the event is sold out. You cannot add unwanted tickets and accommodation to any of the primary releases, including the Resale, which is solely used for reselling tickets and accommodation from cooling-off periods and defaulted payment plans.
