    4. We may change our Term & Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to any future interactions you have with us.

  3. Brand, Trademarks & Intellectual Property
    1. ‘Wildkind’, ‘Wildfire’, ‘Camp Wildfire’, ‘Kindling’ and ‘Camp Kindling’ are registered trademarks; the Wildkind, Camp Wildfire and Camp Kindling logos, terms Wildkind, Camp Wildfire, Wildfire, Camp Kindling, Kindling and any related artwork cannot be used without the written permission of Adventure Camp Ltd. 
    2. All information on this website including photos, designs, videos, written words, computer code and any other form of media, remain the sole intellectual property of us and cannot be downloaded, copied, distributed or used in any way without the prior written permission of Adventure Camp Ltd.
  4. Website & Terms of Use
    1. https://campkindling.co.uk/ (“the Website”) (and its subdomains) is owned and operated by Adventure Camp Ltd (“our”, “us” and “we”). 
    2. The following are the rules or ‘Terms’ that govern the use of the Website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. You should not use this website unless you accept these conditions:
      1. Adventure Camp Limited accepts no liability to any person for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon information displayed on this website. We do not promise that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted and accept no responsibility for the accuracy of information or material accessed through the site.
      2. All information on the site is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any part of the website without warning.
      3. We cannot ensure that this site will be free from viruses, contamination or destructive features and will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your computer as a result of accessing this site.
      4. We are not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any third party in connection with, or referenced on the Website. We do not endorse the content of any third party site.
      5. You will only use this website for personal private use and will not duplicate, copy or distribute any part of the website without prior consent.
    3. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site.
    4. Please check the site periodically, if you violate these Terms, we may terminate your use of the Website, bar you from future use of the site, cancel any orders you have placed, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
  5. Your Account
    1. Once you have placed an order on our Website, you will be asked to create an account. 
    2. When you create an account, you may create a password, or other secure login method.
    3. You must keep any password you create, or other secure logging method, secret and prevent others from accessing your email account or mobile phone. 
    4. If another person uses these methods to access your account, we will not accept any responsibility for any changes they may make to your account, settings, orders, bookings, tickets, marketplace listings or enrolments. We are not responsible for any other losses you suffer, unless the person using your password obtained it because we did not keep it secure.
    5. You may close your account at any time by contacting us on office@wildkind.co.uk 
    6. We may suspend access to your account, or close it permanently, if we believe that your account has been used by someone else.
    7. We may also close your account if in our opinion you are abusing our service. 
  6. Payments & Payment Plans
    1. Pricing
      1. Our prices include VAT
      2. Any applicable fees for payment processing or shipping will be shown at checkout or included in the price
    2. Payments
      1. Our accepted methods of payment will be shown on the order page during the order process. Please be aware that accepted payment methods may vary country by country.
      2. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and that you authorise us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your Order.
      3. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your Order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your Order.
      4. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your account, you can do so by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
      5. We currently use the following third party payment providers to provide secure payment services in relation to any transactions entered into using our online checkout depending on which website you are purchasing from: Stripe.
    3. Payment Plans
      1. Where payment plans are offered they are interest and fee free. 
      2. Following the down payment, payments will be taken automatically on the dates given at the time of booking.
      3. The credit card or payment method used to make the purchase must remain valid, active and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment period. If for any reason, the payment is declined, the customer agrees to provide an alternative, valid payment method. 
      4. If any payments are missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever, the customer must contact us to make arrangements to settle the amount within 28 days, and that failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled and that no money paid as part of the payment plan will be refunded.
      5. You can choose to cancel your payment plan at any time until it is paid in full by contacting us; if you do so no further payments will be taken and the order associated with the payment plan will be cancelled and no money paid as part of the payment plan will be refunded.
      6. By submitting the down payment, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates.
    4. Account Credit
      1. Account credit expires 2 years from the date of issue.
      2. Account credit cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn at any time. 
  7. Shipping
    1. We can only deliver items to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, BFPO and mail forwarding companies).
    2. We exercise the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders, but if for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity and attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
    3. We endeavour to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they were placed. 
    4. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for deliveries to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days you may cancel your order.
    5. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
    6. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas. This includes the right to withdraw our services to individual customers’ addresses in exceptional circumstances.
    7. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

  8. Returns
    1. You may return an item within 28 days from the date you placed the order for any items that are deemed unsuitable for your use, provided they are in a resalable condition. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item or) and that any labels, tags and packaging should be intact.
    2. If you wish to initiate a return, please provide us with notice in writing via email to office@wildkind.co.uk for details on where to return the items. 
    3. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  9. Refunds & Exchanges
    1. Tickets, Accommodation and Travel are subject to a 7 day cooling off period during which time a refund may be requested if you change your mind for any reason. After this period has passed, all orders are strictly non-refundable unless one of the following applies:
      1. If an event is cancelled or postponed for which you have purchased Tickets, Travel or Accommodation through our website then you will be offered the choice to exchange your booking for a future event or claim a full refund. Following the announcement of a cancellation or postponement you will be given 14 days to tell us whether you would like to exchange your booking to a future event or claim a refund. Any exchanges or refunds requested before the deadline will be processed within 14 days. If we do not receive a response in this period then the value of the order will be converted to account credit. 
      2. If an event is curtailed (cancelled or postponed once it has started) for which you have purchased Tickets, Travel or Accommodation through our website then you will be offered the choice to exchange your booking to a future event or claim a partial refund that is prorated to the proportion of the event that has taken place. We will make an assessment as to how much of the event has taken place and will pro-rata refunds accordingly. Following the announcement of a curtailment you will be given 14 days to tell us whether you would like to exchange your booking for a future event or claim a refund. Any exchanges or refunds requested before the deadline will be processed within 14 days. If we do not receive a response in this period then the value of the refund will be converted to account credit and added to your account. 
      3. If you are unable to attend an event due to serious ill health you will be offered the choice to exchange your booking for a future event. You must inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the event that you are unable to attend and provide a doctor’s certificate stating that you are not fit to attend, within 28 days of the event ending. The doctor’s certificate must explain why you are unable to attend the event safely. We do not accept any other documentation including Statement of Fitness for work or medical records and our team is unable to advise on whether or not you are fit to attend an event. For the avoidance of doubt this clause is to cover serious ill health that would prevent you from attending the event safely; pregnancy is not considered ill health and is not covered. We will offer to exchange tickets, travel and accommodation for the person named on the doctor's certificate and their immediate family members (spouse, civil partner, children, parents, siblings) only. Any exchanges offered under this clause are at our absolute discretion after careful consideration of the information contained in the doctor's certificate. 
    2. Clothing, Accessories & Homeware items are subject to a 28 day returns period during which time a refund may be requested if you change your mind for any reason and return the items in accordance with the Terms in section 8. Refunds requested before the deadline will be processed within 14 days from the date that we receive the returned items. After this period has passed, all orders are strictly non-refundable unless one of the following applies:
      1. The items are faulty in which case you have 6 months from the date of purchase to return the item to us. We will then either provide a replacement, repair the item or offer a refund. Once we receive the returned item and have inspected it you will be given a replacement, repair or refund within 14 days. This does not apply to 
    3. Food & Drink are not eligible for any refunds.
    4. Personalised & Custom Made Items are not eligible for any refunds.
    5. All refunds will be processed to the same payment method used to place the order. We cannot issue refunds to any new cards or accounts for security purposes. If you have a replacement card for the same account, most of the time, the refund will reach your account automatically and you won’t need to do anything. If your account is closed and the refund still hasn’t appeared in your account after 15 days, please contact your card issuer- who will be holding the funds for you. 
    6. We will provide a full refund including delivery costs to the same method used as payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items in a suitable condition. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
    7. We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
    8. All refunds will incur a 5% payment processing fee.
    9. Shipping costs are not refundable in any circumstances.
  10. Tickets, Accommodation, Travel
    1. Ticketing
      1. When purchasing tickets you will be asked to provide personal information. For more information on how we use your personal data please read our Privacy Policy here.
      2. Our website is the only authorised ticket agent. Do not buy tickets from other third party sources as we cannot guarantee entry or ensure these tickets are genuine.
      3. Our Marketplace is the only platform authorised for ticket and accommodation holders to resell their unwanted tickets and accommodation. The Marketplace for an event will only open once all primary releases (Veteran, Earlybird, General and Resale) have taken place and the event is sold out. You cannot add unwanted tickets and accommodation to any of the primary releases unless you qualify for a refund under the terms stated above, including the Resale, which is solely used for reselling tickets and accommodation from cooling-off periods and defaulted payment plans.
      4. As a condition of the sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded and their actual or simulated likeness used in connection with the event for television, feature films, radio, webcast, podcast, advert, social media content, advertising and any other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for safety and security purposes in any/all media throughout the world.
    2. Personal Assistance Tickets 
      1. We offer complimentary Personal Assistance Tickets for those who require additional support to be able to access the event, these can be used for a partner, friend or professional carer to accompany you to the event.
      2. For adults (18 and over) we offer one Personal Assistance Ticket for each ticket holder with access requirements.
      3. For children (under 18) we offer one Personal Assistance Ticket for each ticket holder with access requirements as long as they are already accompanied by a full paying adult.
      4. If you require a Personal Assistance Ticket you must first purchase your event ticket(s) and then complete an application for the complimentary Personal Assistance Ticket. 
      5. Application for Personal Assistance tickets does not guarantee you will be offered one. Personal Assistance Tickets are offered at our sole discretion. If we decline your application then we will make available one additional adult ticket for you to purchase.
      6. Personal Assistance tickets must be organised in advance and will only be issued upon receipt of relevant proof of eligibility, the Personal Assistant will receive a ticket in their name and must provide valid ID on entry. Personal Assistants must be aged 18 or over at the time of the event.
      7. We only accept the following documentation as proof of eligibility and they must be dated within the 12 months prior to your application; Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance, CredAbility Access Card, D/deaf Registration, Blind Registration, Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card, War Disablement Pension, Armed Forces Independence Payment.
      8. If paying by instalments, the Personal Assistance ticket will only be issued once the full price of your ticket has been paid.
      9. Personal Assistance Tickets cannot be transferred, sold or assigned. They have no monetary value.
      10. We reserve the right to withdraw a Personal Assistance Ticket at any time for any reason.
    3. Accommodation 
      1. All accommodation options (aside from access to the free general campsite and live-in vehicle pitches) at our events are provided by third party external suppliers.
      2. All bookings for pre-pitched dome tents and the Boutique Campsite will be handled by Adventure Camp Ltd as the only authorised agent for these bookings. 
      3. Payment is to be made in full in advance at the price advertised on our website at the time of booking. 
      4. Only persons with the appropriate wristbands will be given access to the Boutique Campsites.
      5. Event tickets must be purchased separately, accommodation bookings do not not include tickets to access any of our events.
      6. It is your responsibility to check that the accommodation and equipment provided corresponds to your booking and to notify a member of staff if anything is missing/faulty/incorrect at the time of check-in.
      7. Once you have checked in, the rental of your accommodation begins and the accommodation and equipment becomes your sole responsibility.
      8. If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the accommodation, other guests or their property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay to Adventure Camp Limited on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss. We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation with immediate effect and (if appropriate) eject you from the event without refund. 
      9. You must not use cooking or other gas appliances of any kind inside your accommodation. You must not use naked flames.
      10. Adventure Camp Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred by the use or misuse of any rented accommodation, howsoever caused.
      11. Neither Adventure Camp Ltd nor the third party accommodation suppliers will be held responsible in the case of theft of personal items, injury or death.
      12. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations made and stays in progress by those who have previously breached these terms and conditions (as may be updated from time to time) whether the reservation is in that name or not. Adventure Camp Ltd will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances.
      13. No one will be permitted on site without a ticket to the event, so please do not purchase accommodation for anyone without a valid event ticket as they will not be allowed to enter and will not receive a refund for any accommodation booked.
      14. The maximum occupancy of each accommodation type is clearly displayed when booking. You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the accommodation allocated to you. We reserve the right to conduct checks on occupancy and anyone found to have exceeded such limits will be removed from the event without refund. Occupancy is not transferable.
      15. No meals are included in the price of accommodation.
      16. You and the members of your group must not resell or transfer your reservation (or any part of it) nor advertise, market or otherwise advertise any accommodation sale on its own or as part of a combined offer except via our official Marketplace. We will not honour any reservations made in this way and do not accept any liability for doing so. 
      17. We reserve the right to change your accommodation booking at any point during your stay for any reason; or cancel any booking(s) due to health and safety concerns or full or partial closure of the site. In the event, we have to cancel your booking(s) we will attempt to notify you and a full refund will be processed to the same debit/credit card, though it may take a few days for the funds to reach your account.
      18. You must vacate your accommodation by 12pm on the final day of the event. 
  11. Clothing, Accessories & Homeware
    1. You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description, which are of satisfactory quality and which comply with any specific requirements you tell us about (and we agree to) before you place your order.
    2. The prices displayed on our website include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
    3. Product prices online may vary when compared to prices of similar products on site at our events.
    4. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
    5. An item's measurements are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production. 
    6. If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, we abide by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay and by contacting us at office@wildkind.co.uk
    7. We are not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
    8. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order shall be limited to the total price of your order.
  12. Food & Drink
    1. All food at our events is provided by third party external suppliers.
    2. If you have special dietary requirements, you must state your requirements prior to placing an order to allow our food traders to take all reasonable precautions.
    3. Anyone who appears intoxicated will be refused service for alcohol.
  13. Events
    1. By booking to attend one of our events, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms. These General Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Specific Terms of any event. You should therefore read these General Terms in combination with the Specific Terms on the event listing. Where any Specific Terms conflict with these General Terms, the Specific Terms will take precedence.
    2. Admission
      1. Adventure Camp Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or evict from an event site in any circumstances. 
      2. Admission will be refused without a valid ticket.
      3. Admission will be refused outside of the publicised box office opening hours.
      4. Where events are exclusively for adults (18 and over), admission will be refused without a valid form of identification to prove this. Valid forms of ID include: an in-date photographic driving license or provisional licence, an in-date passport, a proof of age standard scheme (PASS) card.
      5. Where events are inclusive of children (under 18), they must be accompanied by an adult who is their parent or legal guardian on arrival at the event and one adult can accompany a maximum of 3 children. Once at an event children aged 0-11 must be accompanied at all times and children aged 12-17 must be accompanied at all times between sunset and sunrise. 
      6. Persons who have gained access to an event without a valid ticket, permission, or other lawful authority to remain, or have gained access by fraudulent means, may be searched and will be evicted without refund.
      7. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be acting in an anti-social manner will be ejected from our events and will not receive a refund.
    3. Prohibited Items
      1. A personal and baggage security search is a condition of entry to our events. Anybody found to be in possession of a prohibited item may have that item confiscated, be refused entry without a refund and in serious cases be detained by the police. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal drugs, knives (except for cooking knives), sound systems, glass bottles, fireworks, explosives, BBQs, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, weapons or potential weapons, lasers, drones, sky lanterns, candles, aerosol gas canisters, piercable gas canisters, BBQs, liquid or gel fuels, electric hobs or hotplates, swedish logs, screw on or easy-clic gas canisters over 500g (except where it is a steel or calorgas container up to 5kg fitted into a live-in-vehicle), generators, chemical toilets (except where fixed within live in vehicles), unofficial high-visibility clothing, open bottles of any kind of liquid that can be consumed, signs or materials displaying discriminatory, derogatory or offensive messages, slogans or images.
      2. Adult guests may bring a maximum of 6 cans of beer, cider, wine or pre-mixed spirits. Any excess alcohol will be confiscated.
    4. Changes to Event
      1. We reserve the right to make changes to the time, date, duration, venue or advertised line-up, artists, performers, attractions and activities of any of our events at any time without notification.
      2. In the event of such alteration we will not be liable to the ticket holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.
    5. Commercial Activity
      1. Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on any of our event sites without Adventure Camp Ltd’s prior written consent. 
      2. Adventure Camp ltd will charge a fee for any commercial activity (including filming, photography and recording).
    6. Safety
      1. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Adventure Camp Ltd will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at any of our events; including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure.
      2. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
      3. Exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
      4. Strobe lighting may be used at our events.
      5. Fireworks, chinese lanterns, flares and the burning of plastics are not permitted.
      6. Medical treatment at our events is provided by a separate legal entity. Any claims resulting from medical treatment received should be directed to the providers. Adventure Camp Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, claim or damages resulting from any medical treatment on-site.
      7. Attendees are aware that our events and activities sometimes take place in an outdoor location and that being in such a location carries a certain element of risk. Adventure Camp Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from any persons attendance at any location. Attendees are responsible for bringing appropriate footwear and clothing.
      8. All activities come with a danger of personal injury and death. Adventure Camp Ltd and its partners will take every care to ensure your safety. However, by their very nature, activities involve an element of risk which cannot be totally eliminated. All participants should be prepared to accept these risks and take responsibility for their actions. For all our activities, we recommend that you take out your own personal accident insurance cover.
      9. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they are fit enough to undertake their chosen activities. We strongly advise against alcohol and/or drugs being consumed whilst you are undertaking an activity.
      10. Activity leaders reserve the right to refuse participation in an activity to attendees who may be deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise unfit to participate in the activity. 
    7. General 
      1. Strictly no animals (with the exception of assistance animals) will be allowed at our events.
      2. Assistance animals must be declared in advance. 
      3. Mobility scooters must be declared in advance.
      4. Please use the bins provided.
      5. Urinating and defecating in places other than the toilet, could result in immediate ejection from our events. 
    8. Cancellation, Curtailment and Postponement 
      1. Whilst we will make every effort to inform you of any event cancellations or postponements as quickly as possible, it is your responsibility to check for such announcements. Customers should be aware that some circumstances which could give rise to the cancellation or postponement of an event can arise immediately prior to the start time.
    9. Programme Availability
      1. Enrolment in activities is a self service online system, and places in activities are allocated on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee availability in any particular session or activity. Occasionally we are required to cancel or postpone certain activities due to circumstances outside of our control, where this happens we will do our best to offer an alternate session or activity as a replacement. Refunds are not offered for postponement or cancellation of individual activities.
      2. Refunds are not offered for postponement or cancellation of individual performances.
  14. Competitions & Promotions
    1. Prior written permission is needed by Adventure Camp Ltd to use event tickets, accommodation or products in any sales, promotions, media, marketing, reward programmes, staff incentives, raffles, auctions or competitions.
    2. These General Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Specific Terms of any competition or promotion. You should therefore read these General Terms in combination with the Specific Terms. Where any Specific Terms conflict with these General Terms, the Specific Terms will take precedence.
    3. By entering any promotion, you agree that you will be legally bound by both these General Terms and the Specific Terms 
      1. Eligibility
        1. All promotions are open to persons over 18 years of age at the time of entry.
        2. It will be at our sole discretion as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.
        3. Employees of Adventure Camp Ltd and their immediate families may not enter any promotion, neither may any employees or immediate family members of any third party sponsors, third party companies associated with the promotion, prize providers or agencies assisting with the promotion operation.
      2. Entry 
        1. Adventure Camp Ltd will not be responsible for any entries not received, not recognised, not accepted for any reason or delayed. Proof of sending or entering such details does not constitute receipt.
        2. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, or non-receipt of entries. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by us or an entrant because of technical problems, social media site problems, traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any participant’s or any other third person’s, resulting from any participation in the promotion.
        3. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter any promotion repeatedly is prohibited.
        4. Applications must enter competitions using their full legal name. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or any false names and to require them to return to us any prize that may have won.
        5. Unless otherwise permitted by the Specific Terms, no person may enter any promotion more than once and persons may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company.
        6. Where an entrant or prizewinner has not complied fully with the generic terms and specific promotion terms, or has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of a promotion and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, we may nevertheless still enforce our right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any prize even where a prize has already been awarded.
        7. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any competition. All related costs will be at the sole and absolute responsibility of each entrant or person using the prize.
      3. Prizes 
        1. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. 
        2. The colour, style, size and model of the prize will be the decision of us unless otherwise stated. The pictures depicting the prizes on any media or promotional material are for depiction purposes only and in certain instances the actual prizes may differ. We do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
        3. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.
        4. Where prizes are to be delivered to the personal address of a winner, the prize will only be delivered to an address within the UK and only be sent once. Should a prize winner’s contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify us or contact persons for the relevant promotion.
        5. We reserve the right to request proof of a prize winner’s identity in the form of a passport or driver’s licence, proof of residence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide us with the proofs mentioned, we may withdraw the prize and select another prize winner in the same manner as the first.
        6. All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangable. Where prizes consist of entry tickets, attendance at events and similar time-specific benefits, they must be taken on the dates specified by us. If a prize winner does not take any element of a prize at the time stipulated by us (or any relevant third party prize provider) then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and no replacement prize will be granted. No cash will be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of it.
        7. Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize, if this is a concern.
        8. Winners shall be responsible for obtaining any insurance which may be required or prudent in relation to any prize awarded to them. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prizes, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise. We reserve the right to disqualify entrants from entering our promotions or prizewinners from receiving their prizes where any such person engages in unsafe, illegal, unsociable or inappropriate behaviour.
        9. No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in any prize unless expressly stated. For example, the cost of transport to and from an event, parking charges, gratuities, spending money and other costs of a personal nature, are not included.
        10. The name(s) of all promotion winner(s) wll be available during the period commencing one month after the promotion closing date and ending four months after the promotion closing date upon application with a SAE to the address specified in the Specific Terms.
      4. Events Prizes
        1. Where the prize involves the winner’s attendance at (or tickets to) an event, the prize winner acknowledges that we are not liable or responsibly if any part of the event is cancelled, varied or rescheduled for any reason. If this means that the winner (and/or any accompanying guests) cannot attend the event, we shall be under no obligation to provide any cash or alternative tickets.
        2. Winners proposing to redeem prizes involving, or participating in any promotion where it involves, travel, stunts or physical challenges should notify us of any medical condition and we may at our absolute discretion require as a condition of entering the promotion or receiving the prize to: (i) submit to a medical examination by a medical practitioner approved by us and obtain medical clearance to participate in the promotion and/or redeem the prize; and/or (ii) execute a legal document to exonerate us from liability in a form prescribed by us in order to participate further in the promotion and/or redeem the prize.
      5. Unclaimed Prizes
        1. Where prizes are not claimed within the period specified in the Specific Terms, we reserve the right to award the relevant prize to alternative prize winners or not award them at all. 
      6. Publicity and Personal Information
        1. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individuals prior consent. By entering the competition, you consent to the use of your personal data by us to assist with running the competition for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.         2. Winners may be required to take part in publicity, including (without limitation) publication for the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via our website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this.
      7. Tampering And Other Matters
        1. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, as a result of any (including, but not limited to) technical failures, unauthroised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt of affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or any draw/s or judging related to the promotion and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
        2. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website used in connection with a promotion or the information on it, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      8. Promotion Administation and Exclusion of Liability
        1. We may vary the terms of, or terminate, a competition at any time where we have reasonable grounds to do so at our absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. We will not award the prize if the promotion is terminated.
        2. All of our decisions relating to the competition and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other persons will be entered into.
        3. Tiebreakers, disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns will be managed by us and, if required by law, by an independent adjudicator.
        4. Where a promotion involves voting, the accuracy of the pooled results received by us will be deemed to be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
        5. A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prize winner, nor shall it be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.
        6. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prize winner in connection with or arising out of any promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third party provider.
  15. Marketplace
    1. The marketplace is a service where you can list unwanted Ticket, Accommodation and Travel booking items for events to be securely purchased by third parties.
    2. You are responsible for applying to list any items you wish to offer on the marketplace.
    3. We reserve the right not to approve listing applications for any reason.
    4. If a listing application is approved your items will be listed on the marketplace at the same price you paid for them at the time of booking and the items will be removed from your account
    5. Once an item is listed on the marketplace it can be purchased at any time. If you wish to remove it from the marketplace then you must let us know before it has been purchased otherwise it cannot be returned to you.
    6. If you choose to list an entire order on the Marketplace we will list them as individual items and it may be the case that some items are purchased and others are not. 
    7. Not all items that are listed on the marketplace are purchased and we accept no responsibility for ensuring any items listed are sold. We do not actively market any listings on the marketplace and do not offer any kind of priority listings service.
    8. Where the same item has been listed on the marketplace by multiple people, they will be sold in the same order that they were listed.
    9. Items that are listed on the marketplace are not eligible for a refund or exchange for any reason even if they are removed from the marketplace.
    10. If your items listed on the marketplace are purchased, then we will refund you the value of the items less a 10% marketplace administration fee within 14 days of the items being purchased.
    11. As soon as an event starts any listings on the marketplace relating to that event will be removed from the marketplace.
    12. The marketplace service will not be available for all items.
  16. Nudity
    1. Our policy on nudity aims to balance the requirements inclusivity of attendees that choose to live a life of naturism, with ensuring other attendees feel safe, secure and comfortable.
    2. We define Nudity as being completely unclothed including having nothing covering your genitals. Being topless is not considered nudity.
    3. Nudity is not permitted at any time at events where under 18s are present.
    4. Respectful Nudity (being nude in a non-sexual and non-harassing manner whilst being considerate not to cause distress or discomfort to other guests) is permitted; 
      1. At adults only events during daylight hours.
    5. Nudity of any kind (including Respectful Nudity) is not permitted at any time;
      1. When partaking in an activity.
      2. In the sanctuary, hot tubs and saunas.
      3. Inside any structure.
      4. After sunset and before sunrise.
      5. In crowded areas where the nude person cannot maintain at least 2m distance between themselves and other attendees.
      6. When sitting on any furniture.
  17. Severance 
    1. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  18. Amendments 
    1. Adventure Camp Ltd reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms without warning. If you place an order after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.
