DJ Yoda (80's Mixtape Live)

DJ Yoda is a world-class turntablist, music producer and trailblazing video artist. Over three decades he's dazzled audiences around the globe and shared big stages with giants from Snoop Dogg to Damon Albarn, and from Diplo to Dame Evelyn Glennie.

It all started with his now-classic How To Cut & Paste: 80's Edition, where DJ Yoda applied his hip-hop DJing techniques to 1980s pop. 80's Mixtape Live takes that idea on stage. New technology lets him mix and remix video alongside the music as he goes, so you see the mixtape come together as well as hear it.

The show has also featured special live performances from hip-hop pioneer and 1990s icon Betty Boo and international star Lindy Layton.

For many parents, it's the soundtrack of their youth, cut up in brand new ways. For the kids, it's a bright, fast-moving show with plenty to watch. Everyone gets to dance.
