Professor Slugs House of Bugs
PROFESSOR SLUGS HOUSE OF BUGS
Get as strong as an ant, teach a bee to buzz and help a dung beetle with its perfume. Professor Slug needs your help!
Professor Slugs House of Bugs is an interactive show packed with colourful puppets, catchy songs and fascinating facts about the wonderful world of bugs. Professor Slug is an eccentric expert on invertebrates who helps bugs out with their buggy problems, and the audience can help too.
Children help the bugs, one problem at a time. There's getting as strong as an ant, teaching a bee how to buzz and helping a dung beetle make a pooey perfume for its big date. Along the way, little ones pick up plenty of bug facts without it ever feeling like school.
The puppets are designed by Georgia Hill and the music is by Catriona Gisby, from Elle & the Pocket Belles. The show is partnered with the conservation charity Buglife.
