Bubble Disco & Games

A bubble disco is a lively dance party for little ones, filled with music, lights and clouds of floating bubbles to chase, catch and pop. It's usually mixed with movement games and simple drama play, so children spend the time dancing, jumping, pretending and giggling. It's a playful, high-energy way for young children to move, express themselves and make new friends.

Freeze dance and musical statues are firm classics: dance while the music plays, then stop as still as a statue when it pauses. Bubble popping is pure joy, with little hands reaching, clapping and stamping to get every last one.

Drama games bring in make-believe. Children might stomp like dinosaurs, flutter like butterflies or set off on an imaginary jungle adventure, all while moving to the music. Follow-the-leader dances and simple action songs help even the shyest dancers join in at their own pace.

Bubbles are magical to young children. They shimmer with rainbow colours, drift in unpredictable directions and vanish with a satisfying pop. Chasing them gets little bodies moving, reaching, jumping and turning without anyone needing to ask. They're also wonderfully shared: a cloud of bubbles is something a whole group of children can enjoy together, which makes it easy for new friendships to start.

It's a drop-off session run by an experienced childcare team. You settle your little one in, then head off for some time to yourselves while they enjoy a mix of bubbles, music, movement play and drama games in a playful disco atmosphere. It's a lovely way for children to build a bit of confidence away from their grown-ups, with plenty to keep them busy and smiling until you're back.

Make sure your child has everything they might need while you're away. A drink and a snack are a good idea, as dancing is hungry work. On sunny days, leave them with sun cream, and pack a spare set of clothes in case of spills or a slightly soapy tumble. Comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to move in are best.
